Davey Sings Guest Vocals on The Witch Was Right’s “S.K.Y.”

According to the Myspace page of SoCal band The Witch Was Right, Davey has contributed vocals to the band’s new song “S.K.Y.” You can listen to the song here, which features industrial distortion and screams combined with melodic vocals. Davey is featured in the chorus and in the breakdown.

Can anybody discern the lyrics he is singing? Leave your interpretation in the comments. Thanks to@Dea_jade52810 for the tip!

It was quite interesting and different for Davey to sing to. I feel like if I hear it again it may grow on me a bit more than the initial time.

I liked it until the guitar came in. Sounded like NIN. After the guitar came in, it just sounded like screamo BS. I do love Davey’s vocals, though. His intonation is more reminiscent of Sing the Sorrow than of Crash Love, and I much prefer that as Crash Love (though a great album) had him a bit too overdramatic.

Beautiful. I wish Blaqk Audio sounded more like this.
